購物卡必須通過實名認(rèn)證并綁定手機號才能使用。

每個自然月內(nèi)，每人最多可以使用購物卡消費1000元。

一、一般規(guī)則 / General Terms and Conditions

1.本條款以中、英兩種文本書寫，兩種文本不一致的，以中文為準(zhǔn)。

2.您已年滿18周歲。 

The loyalty card holder should be more than 18 years old.

3.每人憑有效證件在本市僅限申請一張會員卡，不能重復(fù)申請。您在線上申請的會員卡，可以在任一家樂福門店使用。 

One person should only have 1 active loyalty card, don’t apply duplicate. The card you apply online can be used in any Carrefour Store in China. 

4.請確保你所填寫的信息都是正確的。虛假信息將會使你不能使用手機號碼作為會員卡，也可能使你收不到促銷海報。

Please be sure, all your information you give is correct. With wrong information you won’t be able to use your number of mobile phone as loyalty card number, or can’t receive DM, 

5.僅在線上注冊的會員，你所有的信息更新都要自己通過賬號完成，門店的員工無權(quán)限修改您的個人信息,此種方式確保您能夠享受家樂福會員權(quán)益。

If you are a member only register online, you can only update the information via your own account, any store staff can’t update your information. This way you can still enjoy Carrefour members’ rights with no interruption.

6.會員卡專屬優(yōu)惠： 家樂福各門店將不定期為會員組織會員專屬優(yōu)惠活動，包括指定商品會員價，積分兌換等。活動詳情及細(xì)則詳見家樂福官網(wǎng)：www.carrefour.com.cn，家樂福海報，門店信息欄。會員需出示會員卡方可享受會員權(quán)利，包括參加會員專屬優(yōu)惠活動。

Promotion for loyalty members only: regularly Carrefour will have promotion for only loyalty members, including items with member price, points redemption etc. You can see the details via the website: www.carrefour.com.cn, Carrefour DM, or the information counter. When you purchase in store, you should show your loyalty card number, then you can enjoy the loyalty rights, including Carrefour promotion activities.

7.會員卡的專屬優(yōu)惠不得用于大宗貨物交易（大宗貨物事宜可詳詢門店服務(wù)臺）。

The member promotions can’t be used for big purchase (for more information on big purchase, you can go to physical store for details) 

8.會員卡只限申辦本卡所使用的身份證（或其他有效證件）本人及其家庭成員使用，不得涂改、轉(zhuǎn)借，如發(fā)現(xiàn)通過非正常方式使用會員卡的，家樂福有權(quán)撤銷您的會員卡。

Your card can be only used by you or your family, don’t lend it to others. If you use this card in abnormal way, Carrefour reserves the right to cancel your card.

9.我們保證將妥善保護您的個人信息。您的個人信息可能被用于與您聯(lián)系、為您提供更個性化的家樂福的活動信息、家樂福會員卡管理、了解顧客的消費習(xí)慣、完善我們的服務(wù)等目的。我們可能會根據(jù)您的選擇通過郵寄、短信、微信、E-mail、APP或傳單等方式不定期地向您發(fā)送活動信息（可能包括并非由家樂福銷售或提供商品或服務(wù)的活動信息）。若您不希望收到家樂福發(fā)送的任何活動信息，請至開卡門店客服中心告知我們的工作人員退訂郵寄，或通過短信、微信或E-mail等提供的退訂機制退訂相關(guān)信息，我們會立即停止向您發(fā)送相關(guān)活動信息。此外，為實現(xiàn)本條款規(guī)定的上述使用信息目的，我們可能會與我們在中國境內(nèi)或境外的關(guān)聯(lián)方及第三方服務(wù)提供商（包括但不限于代表我們向您推送短信或向我們提供數(shù)據(jù)分析服務(wù)的服務(wù)提供商）分享必要的個人信息。具體規(guī)則請參見《家樂福隱私政策》。

We guarantee that we will protect your personal information carefully. Your personal information may be used to contact you, provide you more customized information about Carrefour’s activities, manage Carrefour loyalty card, understand customers’ consumption habits, improve our services, and etc. We may send you activities information (which may include activities information about products or services which are not sold or provided through Carrefour) from time to time through mail, short message, WeChat, E-mail, APP, leaflets or other means based on your choice. If you don’t want to receive our activities information, please unsubscribe mails through informing our staff at the customer desk of the store where the membership card was registered, or unsubscribe short messages, WeChat, E-mail through the unsubscription mechanism provided therein, and we will stop sending the relevant activities information immediately. Furthermore, we may share necessary personal information with our domestic or overseas affiliates or third party service providers (including but not limited to the service providers sending short message to you on our behalf or providing data analytic service to us) so as to realize the aforesaid purpose of information use provided herein. 二、積分有效期 / Policy of point expiry 

1.會員每購物消費人民幣一元積一分，消費金額不足一元的部分不記錄積分。本《家樂福會員須知》所述的消費金額是指：會員在所屬城市門店收銀線內(nèi)購物消費時以現(xiàn)金、銀行卡、支票或購物卡形式實際支付的金額，任何以現(xiàn)金抵用券或積分形式支付的款項不進(jìn)行積分。積分加錢的形式兌換商品，所花費的金額不記錄積分。

Spend 1 RMB, earn 1 point. When the order is less than 1 RMB, no point can be earned. When buy products in any Carrefour store by cash, bank card, cheque or shopping card, you can get the same points as the total money you spend on your receipt. When you pays by e-coupon or pays by point, you won’t get points. And the money you spend in redemption won’t earn points.

2.積分有效期及會員卡凍結(jié)：當(dāng)年消費所累積的積分有效期截止至次年的12月31日，有效期屆滿的積分將作廢。此外，若您連續(xù)滿六（6）個月未使用會員卡消費，該會員卡將會被凍結(jié)，該會員卡內(nèi)的積分將不能使用。在會員卡被凍結(jié)的情況下，，如會員在所屬城市門店內(nèi)消費并以該會員卡積分后，該會員卡會在五（5）個工作日后解凍，解凍后該會員卡內(nèi)的積分（如仍在有效期內(nèi)）可以繼續(xù)使用。

Points expiration and loyalty card freeze: The points you earn during this year will expire on December 31st of the following year. The expired points will be removed from your account balance. In addition, if there is no purchase with your loyalty card for more than 6 months after the latest points accumulated in your account, your membership will be frozen and the current points cannot be used. To unfreeze your loyalty card, you can shop in any Carrefour store of your city and the card will be back to normal within 5 working days, then you can use the points (if not expired) from your account balance again.

3.積分的使用：1）積分使用的具體時間、安排以家樂福官網(wǎng)、促銷海報、優(yōu)惠信息短信為準(zhǔn)；2）積分不能兌換現(xiàn)金。多張會員卡內(nèi)的積分不能互相轉(zhuǎn)讓，也不得累積使用；3）積分換購的商品不開具發(fā)票，非因質(zhì)量問題不能退、換貨。 

Usage of points: 1) Period of using points will depend on Carrefour official website、promotion leaflet、promotional message; 2) Points can’t be redemption to cash. Points can’t be transferred between different cards. The points in different account can’t be used of cumulative promotions. 3) The redemption products can’t have an invoice, and if it’s not a quality problem, members can’t change or return the products.

4.對已錄入積分的商品進(jìn)行退貨的處理規(guī)則：已積分的商品發(fā)生退貨，門店將按小票或發(fā)票信息從會員卡中扣除購買該退貨商品所累積的積分。若退貨當(dāng)日卡內(nèi)積分高于所退商品的積分，則該退貨商品的積分將直接從會員卡中扣除。若退貨當(dāng)日卡內(nèi)積分不足以扣減退貨積分，則不足的積分部分將以1積分折合人民幣0.01元的計算方式從退貨款中直接扣減。

Rules for products that have points record: To return the products with points, store user will reduce points according to the receipt or invoice from the loyalty card. If points in the loyalty card is more than the deduct points, then the returned points will be deduct directly. If points in the loyalty card is less than the deduct points, then the lack points will be took as one point is 0.01 RMB, deduct from the return money directly.

5.線上訂單支付成功獎勵的積分在訂單簽收七日后，將自動轉(zhuǎn)化為會員積分。

The rewards of successful online orders will be automatically converted to membership points seven days after the receipt.
