方法1.解決顯示60FPS還卡的方法，已測，效果非常好
步驟1:
在fifa11/game/下新建rna.ini文件
步驟2:
在rna.ini中輸入
SCREEN_SLEEP=16

方法2.回放頓卡和速度異常的解決辦法
把 SETUP里面的改為1280X720，一切都OK了，回放非常流暢，游戲速度也很正常，原來是一個720P的游戲。
